I've been in a really dark place since I woke up on Friday morning. I've tried a multitude of things to shake it, but nothing's helped much so far. Do you think if I ran around screaming at the top of my lungs that might do it?
Call a friend? A glass of wine? Watching Napoleon Dynamite has seen me through some pretty dark places. Or reading Anne of Green Gables. Pathetic as that might sound.
sure. and I just threw a sheep at you, so there's that.
also, wine helps.
get some Gewürztraminer and start drinking it, and then as you get tipsier and tipsier, practice saying and trying to spell "Gewürztraminer"....by the end of the bottle, it'll be hilarious.
Ok, so maybe that's only funny at my house, and with German people. Maybe you should come over!
Oh-- I'm arriving so late...I think I'll send you a sunflower, as they are the brightest thing around these parts now we're into autumn mists and mizzle. And a hug to go with it ((Linda))
I felt this way on Saturday. Since I have a history of clinical depression, I got a little worried. But I'm better. I think exercise helped. Also doing the ABC's of gratitude is good--say something you are grateful for for each letter of the alphabet. Hope you don't even need these suggestions by now!

Putting dance music on loud and dancing wildly about sometimes works for me.

I bought you a drink! If the sheep doesn't help, maybe that will. And I think the running around screaming is a good idea too. Hugs.
